PropertyVestors Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy PropertyVestors has zero tolerance for the transmission of spam. We define spam as the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) or Unsolicited Facsimiles (Fax), which is email or facsimile sent to recipients as an advertisement or otherwise, without first obtaining prior confirmed consent to receive these communications from the sender. This can include, but is not limited to, the following:
Email Messages
Newsgroup postings
Windows system messages
Pop-up messages (aka "adware" or "spyware" messages)
Instant messages (using AOL, MSN, Yahoo or other instant messenger programs)
Online chat room advertisements
Guestbook or Website Forum postings
Facsimile Solicitations
Spam complaints will be dealt with seriously and can result in losing PropertyVestors privileges, such as loss of referral credits and even loss of a member’s account. If you receive spam and want to report it to PropertyVestors, please forward the email you've received to spam-police@propertyvestors.com.
PropertyVestors Privacy Policy
PropertyVestors LLC. ("PropertyVestors") will not trade, sell, or disclose to any third party any form of member identifiable information without the consent of the member (except as required by subpoena, search warrant or other legal process or in the case where failure to disclose information will lead to imminent harm to the member or others). This includes information derived from registration, subscription, and use of the PropertyVestors service.
Collection / Use of Information
PropertyVestors shall collect and use member identifiable information for billing, provisioning of service, to solve problems associated with service, and to inform members of new products or services that will better meet their needs. PropertyVestors will use member identifiable information to market properties, products and services to the member, but will not disclose or make available any member identifiable information to any third parties seeking to market products without the consent of the member. If a member chooses not to participate in direct marketing of new properties, products and services from PropertyVestors, that member's information will not be used for the purpose of marketing new products.
Unlawful Activity
PropertyVestors may use member identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activities that threaten the integrity of service or network integrity or otherwise violate PropertyVestors Service Level Agreement.
Account Information
PropertyVestors will do its best to honor requests from members for account information, for example, name, address, company, or billing information. The member is responsible for ensuring that the information on file with PropertyVestors is current and accurate.
Use of Cookies
In order for PropertyVestors to better track affiliate referrals, and thus better target our services to you, we place a small text file on your hard drive, called a "cookie". Cookies do not contain any personal data, they do not damage your files, and they do not allow us or anyone else to access your personally identifiable information - they simply tell us what site referred you to us. Cookies may contain such information as an IP address, DNS host name, and/or browser type. We may aggregate this information in order to analyze website traffic figures and technical issues. We may also share aggregate (not individual) site referral statistics with advertisers and other third parties, but again, this information will not include any personally identifiable information. PropertyVestors does not sell products or services for purchase by children. PropertyVestors does not knowingly solicit or collect member identifiable information from children or teenagers under the age of eighteen. In addition, PropertyVestors will not knowingly link to any third party Web site that solicits or collects member identifiable information from minors.
Possible Future Uses of Information
In the unlikely event that the assets of PropertyVestors are acquired by another company, information on our members/visitors would be among the transferred assets.
PropertyVestors reserves the right to change our Privacy Policy as business needs require. Any changes will be posted to our website in a timely manner, and will become effective upon posting. This statement and the policies outlined here are not intended to and do not give you any contractual or other legal rights.
