  What is private lending?
  Private lending is non-bank lending.  The private lending industry has grown in the past several years with the increase of time, hurdles and red tape in traditional bank lending.  Investors and other entrepreneurs can find private parties willing to lend money at slightly higher interest rates, but quicker and easier.  Private lending is not governed by traditional rules and regulations.  It is up to the investor and lender to agree on terms.

  How does PropertyVestors private lending work?    
 
The first steps to be a Private Lender are signing up as a Premier Member, completing the appropriate paperwork, and having a conference call with one of our private lending consultants.  Once you open your account on our private lending website and understand the private lending process, you are ready to analyze loan requests and begin lending. 

You will be able to make loans as little as $50 or as large as $25,000 per loan request.  You will also have the ability to spread your investment loans across multiple loan requests – in fact we suggest this! Diversifying your investment spreads risk and ultimately makes your investment safer.

PropertyVestors seeks reputable and successful real estate investing firms in emerging markets that are in need of private loans.  We use our years of experience and expertise to find quality borrowers with quality loan requests.  When a firm is in need of funding, we bring the opportunity to our members.  Loan requests will be posted on the private lending website, and borrower and loan specific information will be emailed to all Premier Members who have an account within our private lending group.  Based on that information, you will have the opportunity to decide if you want to commit your funds to that request.  You can pledge as little s $50 towards the loan or fund the entire loan if you choose to.  All of the information, paperwork and communication to make the transaction happen will be coordinated for you – this is truly a “hands-off” investment.  You will fund the loan through the private lending website, and you will receive monthly payments directly to your bank account.

  What are the benefits of private lending to the lenders and borrowers?    
  The benefit of private lending is a projected higher than standard rate of return – from 10% - 25%+ in up to 36 months.  In addition, it is a “hands-off” investment, you can pledge as little as $50 or as much as you like, and you can spread your lending across numerous loans to protect your investment through diversification.  Benefits of private lending to those borrowing money is a quicker and easier transaction.    

  What will my private lending investments be applied to?    
  Our experience and expertise is in real estate investing.  The only private lending opportunities we will pass by you are from qualified real estate investing firms.  The funds will beapplied to traditional real estate projects such as rehabs, flips, foreclosure, rentals and buy and hold strategies.
